What does DAS Item No. 1707-E do?
DAS Item No. 1707-E (PDF) extends SEBAC health and pension benefits to all non-union employees in CT's executive, legislative, and judicial branches and certain agencies. Longevity payments are now only for eligible employees as of April 2011, based on service as of Sep 1, 2011.
