What does the DAS Business and Data Management office do?
The Office of Education and Data Management (OEDM) is in charge of all licensing for the Office of the State Building Inspector (OSBI) and the Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM). This includes training, testing, and keeping records. So, OEDM trains and accredits people who work with building codes and fire safety. They also teach people in related trade and design fields about building codes.
