My certificate looks weird – some of the letters have been replaced by strange characters. What’s wrong?
If you are opening your certificate on an Apple device, a glitch may prevent characters from being displayed properly. Our IT staff is aware of this glitch. For now, we recommend viewing and printing your certificate from a device that is not using the iOS operating system.
