Information on Environmental Compliance for DAS Facilities

Overview

The DAS Environmental Compliance Unit provides technical expertise regarding all facets of environmental health and safety for DAS-owned, managed and, on a limited basis, leased properties. The unit helps ensure:

  • Compliance with Air, Water and Waste permitting.
  • Environmental compliance issues as directed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the CT Department of Environmental Protection, the CT Department of Labor, Occupation Safety and Health Administration, and other agencies.
