Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) Proposed Service and Fare Equity Policy

The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) operates a multimodal public transportation network of commuter rail and bus systems, as well as paratransit services.
To ensure fairness and equity in the delivery of these services, CTDOT wishes to engage the public in a collaborative process to develop its public transportation equity policies.  The purpose of developing these policies is to ensure that CTDOT identifies and considers disproportionate negative impacts to minority or economically disadvantaged populations whenever there is a major service or fare change proposal.
There are no major service or fare changes proposed at this time.

CTDOT wants to hear your comments on our proposed policies. Comments will be accepted from July 1, 2020 through August 14, 2020 via email or postal mail.
