Resolving a claim

The Workers’ Compensation Commission (WCC) administers our State’s workers’ compensation laws. WCC works to resolve disputes involving costs of medical treatment, lost wages, and disability benefits.

The WCC:

  • Helps workers and employers agree on benefits
  • Resolves disputes
  • Makes findings and awards
  • Rules on appeals

Important:

  • WCC does not provide legal advice.
  • WCC does not pay or reimburse for workers' compensation benefits.
