The Workers' Compensation Commission's appellate body is called the Compensation Review Board (CRB), and meets monthly, usually on a Friday morning, to hear appeals from decisions issued from lower-level Formal Hearings held in the District Offices.

The Compensation Review Board is comprised of the Chief Administrative Law Judge and two additional Administrative Law Judges who are each chosen to serve one-year appointments on the Board.
