Get information from the WCC

The WCC has tools and information that attorneys use to represent their clients.

However, we don’t provide legal advice.

Use our resources to:

  • Get claim and case records
  • Verify workers’ compensation coverage
  • Submit the required forms - Certain forms can now be submitted via GovQA
  • Get compensation rates and cost-of-living (COLA) adjustments
  • Review the laws in place when an incident happened
Review the workers’ comp hearings and appeals process

Request workers’ compensation records

File a Freedom of Information (FOIA) request

Use the GovQA system to get workers’ comp records and other information. These include First Report of Injury (FRI), certain rates and COLA calculations, and help searching for proof of coverage (POC).

Proof of coverage

Verify workers’ comp coverage
