The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 32 in Mansfield from the Windham/Mansfield town line to Route 275 (South Eagle Road) starting Thursday, May 30 to Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The project DOT01710506CN “J” consists of milling and resurfacing a 4.53-mile segment of Route 32 in Mansfield from the Windham/Mansfield town line to Route 275 (South Eagle Road).
This project is scheduled to begin milling by Rafferty Fine Grading, Inc. on Thursday, May 30 to Wednesday June 12, 2024. The resurfacing segment of this project is anticipated to begin on Sunday, June 17 to Tuesday, July 2, 2024, by All States Construction Inc.
This project is included in CTDOT’s 2024 Vendor Resurfacing Program.
LANE CLOSURE INFO/DETOUR INFO
Motorists can expect lane closures on, Route 32 in Mansfield. Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will guide motorists through the work zone. The work schedule for this project is Thursday, May 30 to Tuesday, July 2, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this area. No work will be performed around any scheduled holidays.
