The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing an anticipated two-week duration closure north of Brookfield Road for culvert replacement on Route 72 (Terryville Road) in Harwinton beginning September 12, 2022.
DOT Project No. 0065-0115 was awarded to Richards Corporation and is scheduled to be completed October 30, 2022. This project is administered by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction, Office of Construction, District 4 in Thomaston.
DETOUR INFO:
Route 72 between Brookfield Road and Route 4 will be closed from September 12, 2022 to September 29, 2022. Traffic will be detoured either onto Route 6, then to Route 8, then to Route 118 westbound to Route 4 westbound, or Route 6, then to Route 69, then to Route 4 eastbound.
