To Renew a CLA License Online
RENEWAL NOTICES
- All renewal notices are sent approximately 90 days prior to the expiration date of the license. The renewal notice will be sent via email.
- Changes to your email/mailing address should be emailed to DDS.eLicensing@ct.gov
TO RENEW ONLINE
If you have received the Fast Track Renewal PIN from your renewal notice, proceed to the online renewal website by clicking the link below:

If you did not receive a notice containing your Fast Track Renewal PIN, send an email to DDS.eLicensing@ct.gov and include the following:
- Name
- License type
- License number
- Email address
-Indicate that you are requesting Fast Track Renewal PIN for access to renew only.
Please note we cannot provide the Fast Track Renewal PIN over the telephone.
