The Water Pollution Control Association (WPCA), City of Bridgeport, CT is moving forward with the implementation of the upgrade and expansion of their two wastewater treatment plants: the 30 mgd West Side WWTP and the 10 mgd East Side WWTP.  The program will be phased over the next 12 years and is expected to cost over $1 Billion. The first phase of this program is expected to go out to bid this year as a conventional design-bid-build, followed by Phase 2 next year, then sequentially through Phase 6.

This virtual meeting is being conducted to inform the Construction Community of the upcoming opportunities in Bridgeport, including the scope, schedule and estimated opinion of probable construction cost.  In addition, representatives from Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) will be available for questions regarding Contractor Certification in Connecticut.

City of Hartford Small Business Conference
