Eligibility

Responsible and Qualified Contractors:

All DAS/CS projects require that the low Bidder be “responsible and qualified”.  See the FAQ section of these instructions for more information on “responsible and qualified” Contractors.

Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) Contractors:

Some DAS/CS projects require that the contractor be certified as an SBE and/or MBE by the DAS Supplier Diversity (Set-Aside) Program. See the Invitation to Bid for more details.

Prequalified Contractors and Subcontractors:

If a contract or subcontract exceeds $500,000, the Contractor or Subcontractor must be prequalified by the DAS Contractor Prequalification Program  for the appropriate Class of Work.
