In observance of Connecticut Archives Month, Edward Gutierrez gave a presentation on interesting finds in the Connecticut State Library Archives which lead to his latest book Doughboys on the Great War. Edward Gutierrez received his PhD in Military History from the Ohio State University under the direction of Professor Geoffrey Parker. He conducted postdoctoral research at the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS) in Paris, France and received a Harry Frank Guggenheim Research Grant.
