The Museum of Connecticut History is located in the State Library and Supreme Court building, across the street from Connecticut's State Capitol building in Hartford.
The Museum focuses on Connecticut's government, military, and industrial history. The exhibits tell the story of the growth of the State of Connecticut as well as the development of our nation, from the Colonial era to the present.
