Directions:
From route 9 south – Take Exit 13 for CT-17 South towards New Haven. Continue onto CT-17 South.  Continue approximately 1.5 miles to and turn left onto Highland Ave.  The Middletown Library Service Center parking lot entrance is 0.1 miles on the right side of the street.   

From route 9 north –  Take exit 11 for CT-155/Randolph Rd toward CT-17/Durham. Turn left onto CT-155 W/Randolph Rd and continue approximately 2.2 miles and turn right onto Highland Ave. The Middletown Library Service Center parking lot entrance is 0.2 miles on the left.
