Get a library card and use or borrow materials

Having a library Card will allow you to borrow material, use our public computers and access some of our databases from home.

You will need to be a Connecticut resident to apply for a Library card. 

If you are a Connecticut state employee applying by mail, you can use your state employee ID and choose to have a library card sent to your office by return mail.

and mail it to the address below.

Once your application is processed, your library card will be mailed to you.
