Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies
Where can I find the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies?
The full set of Connecticut state agency regulations (sometimes called the administrative code) is now freely available on the Secretary of the State eRegulations site. Launched on July 1, 2013, the site presents an electronic version of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. According to the site, “Effective July 1, 2017, the Connecticut eRegulations System shall serve as the official version of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and the electronic repository for the regulation-making record.” Please read the content descriptions carefully.
Some Connecticut state agencies have mounted selected regulations on their individual websites.
Prior versions of regulations as printed in the Connecticut Law Journal are available for use at the Connecticut State Library.
