Tree Removal on Route 15 Northbound and Southbound in North Haven and Hamden
The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a tree removal operation will require the closure of the right lanes on Route 15 Northbound and Southbound in North Haven and Hamden.
The tree removal work is scheduled to occur the evening of Monday March 27, 2023 through the morning of Friday April 21, 2023.
The tree removal operation will be performed by Distinctive Tree Care, LLC.
LANE CLOSURE INFO
Motorists can expect right lane closure to occur on Route 15 Northbound in Hamden and North Haven between Exit 60 (Route 10, Dixwell Avenue) and Exit 63 (Route 22, Bishop Street) and Route 15 Southbound in North Haven and Hamden between Exit 63 (Route 22, Bishop Street) and Exit 60 (Route 10, Dixwell Avenue.) Traffic control personnel and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The night work schedule for this project is from 8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. (Sunday night through Friday morning).
Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
