CT Justice Involved 1115 Medicaid Waiver Application

Connecticut is seeking federal approval to amend its Medicaid Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Demonstration Waiver under section 1115 of the Social Security Act to implement a “Re-entry Initiative” to better support individuals’ re-entry from incarceration to the community. Public comment is open from January 9, 2024 through February 8, 2024 (including how to send comments or attend public hearings).
