DSS Benefits and H.R.1 the One Big Beautiful Bill Act

Congress passed House Resolution 1 (the One Big Beautiful Bill Act), was signed into law by the President on July 4, 2025. The Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) is reviewing how this law affects residents and will provide updates as changes take effect.
