Camp Harkness Hours of Operation

• Camp Harkness is open daily year-round from dawn until dusk.
• The park entrance is accessed by use of an electronic card reader located at the front gate.
• Visitors must be a Camp Harkness Passholder to open the front gate.
• Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, the front gate is generally staffed between 8 am – 8 pm for entry access.
• The front gate is unstaffed during the remainder of the year however an office staff would allow access through a gate monitor until 4 pm.
• The beach is open for swimming only during times that certified lifeguards are on duty.
• Beach will be staffed with lifeguards from Mid-June to Labor Day
