About the Putnam Family Respite Center
Putnam Respite Center large Victorian-style home that has six respite beds available. 1 double room on the 1st floor and 4 single room beds on the 2nd floor.  Staffing consists of Department of Developmental Services (DDS) trained staff and a nurse who is available to administer prescribed medications and treatments 24 hours a day.  Bathrooms feature adjustable showerhead and rails, and a whirlpool tub with a lift.  The center has a gazebo and a large backyard that offers a chance to socialize with friends while getting a breath of fresh air.  The Putnam  Respite Center is located just minutes from a shopping mall, movie theater, bowling alley, parks and restaurants.
