DDS STEP Forums May Mailer
STEP, or Supporting Transformation to Empower People, is our focus on enhancing the DDS service delivery model in areas where services we already provide can be augmented to further promote independence, integration, and freedom of choice.
DDS is working diligently to develop materials illustrating the specifics of STEP, and how this initiative will impact our mission and the lives of all those DDS supports. During the first week of May, our STEP Newsletter will arrive in mailboxes to the individuals DDS supports or their legal guardian. The newsletter provides a STEP update on the below “STEP Into Innovation” virtual forums in May, and an informational outline of each of the seven highlighted services.
DDS encourages everyone to take the next "STEP” and learn more about the different service options available to individuals supported by DDS.
