CT Customized Employment Community of Practice

The ADS-DDS Customized Employment Community of Practice (CoP) is open to all provider agencies: those curious about Customized Employment, those currently in a CE Certification Course, and those currently providing CE Services.

CE CoP meetings are scheduled for two hours (9:30-11:30) and are focused on discussion. Meetings are held on Microsoft Teams. To join the CE CoP, send a request to DDS.CustomizedEmployment@ct.gov. The 2025 meeting calendar is below:

Quarter 1 – Monday, February 10^th| 9:30-11:30

Quarter 2 – Monday, April 28^th| 9:30-11:30

Quarter 3 – Monday, July 28^th| 9:30-11:30

Quarter 4 – Monday, November 3^rd| 9:30-11:30

Members are sent discussion questions prior to the meeting and can request discussion questions be added to the list. CoP meetings are time for agency staff to share, learn, and problem solve as a CE community.
