Attention -  Secure File Transport (sFTP) site (https://sfile.ct.gov)  will be out of Service on Thursday,  July 9th

This notification applies to you if you have access to the Secure File Transport (sFTP) site (https://sfile.ct.gov).  The sFTP site is used for uploading/transferring secure files, uploading Referral Packets, Notice of Opportunities (NOO), RFPs, and access to Emergency lists (E-lists).

Agency Secure File Transport Customers:  DAS/BEST is in the process of upgrading the Secure Transport environment, including new appliances and software

Impact:

·         A service outage will occur on  Thursday,  July 9^th from 5am to 2pm.  SecureTransport services will be suspended during this time. 

·         Migration of documents will be limited to a short retention period.  To minimize the duration of the service outage, DAS/BEST will need to limit the migration of documents  to a retention less than our current retention practice of 90 days.
