The National Autism Center’s National Standards Project has recently published “Findings and Conclusions” addressing the need for evidence-based practice guidelines for autism spectrum disorders.  The project categorizes treatments for children with ASD in to the following categories: Established, Emerging, Unestablished and Ineffective/Harmful using a scientific merit rating system.
