Remainder of Allotments for Second Quarter of FY 2011
The Connecticut Office of Policy and Management (OPM) recently announced that according to their latest projections, they anticipate the state will end the year in balance. Acting Secretary Brenda L. Sisco notified all state agencies including the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) that there would not be any need for planned rescissions at this time and the department would receive allotments of remaining balances for the second quarter.
