I-84 WESTBOUND
Exit 54 on the left toward downtown Hartford. Take the Darlin Street exit. Turn right onto Darlin Street. Turn left onto Pitkin Street. Office at 255 Pitkin Street, East Hartford.
I-84 EASTBOUND
Take I-84 E/US-6 E toward Hartford. Take the US-44 E/Connecticut Boulevard exit (Exit 53) toward East Hartford. Take the East River Drive ramp. Turn right onto East River Drive. Turn left onto Pitkin Street. Office at 255 Pitkin Street, East Hartford.
I-91 NORTHBOUND
Take I-91 N towards Hartford. Merge onto CT-15 N/Wilbur Cross Highway/US-5 N via Exit 29 toward I-84/East Hartford/Boston. Merge onto CT-2W via Exit 90 toward East River Drive. Take the Pitkin Street exit (Exit 3). Turn left onto Pitkin Street. Office at 255 Pitkin Street, East Hartford.
I-91 SOUTHBOUND
Merge onto I-91 S toward Hartford. Merge onto US-6 E/I-84 E/US-44 E via Exit 30 on the left toward East Hartford/New London. Take the US-44 E/Connecticut Boulevard exit (Exit 53) toward East Hartford. Take the East River Drive ramp. Turn right onto East River Drive. Turn left onto Pitkin Street. Office at 255 Pitkin Street, East Hartford.
From Hartford:
- Route 84E; take exit 69 onto Route 74.
- Follow to the end.
- Take a left onto Route 44 and go East several miles (seems like 20).
- Follow Route 44 -- the Dempsey Center is approximately .75 miles from the Pomfret/Putnam line on your right - just before Day Kimball Hospital.
From Norwich:
- Route 395 North, take exit 95.
- Turn right at end of exit.
- At 4-way light, turn left onto Route 44.
- Continue up the hill on Route 44, past Day Kimball Hospital.
- Driveway is 2nd on left after the hospital.
From Interstate 84 East:
- Take the CT-72 E Exit - exit number 35 on the left towards CT-9/New Britain
- Merge onto CT - 72 E
- Take the CT-9 N exit on the left towards Newington
- Merge CT-9 N
- Take the CT-175 exit exit number 29 towards NEWINGTON
- Turn RIGHT onto CT-175/CEDAR ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto Patricia M. Genova Rd.
- Go to stop sign. Take RIGHT onto Mountain Rd.

From Interstate 84 West:
- Take exit 41 (South Main St.)
- At the light, turn LEFT onto South Main St.
- Turn LEFT onto CT-175/CEDAR ST.
- Turn RIGHT onto Patricia M. Genova Rd.
- Go to stop sign. Take LEFT onto Mountain Rd.
- Enter entrance near flagpole. If door is locked please ring buzzer in entry.
From Interstate 91 North:
- Take the US-5 S/CT-15 S exit - exit number 28 towards WETHERSFIELD/NEWINGTON
- Merge onto CT-15 S
- Take the exit towards CT-175 W/Newington/New Britain
- Stay straight to go onto Russell Rd.
- Turn RIGHT onto CT-175/CEDAR ST.
- Turn LEFT onto Patricia M. Genova Rd.
- Go to stop sign. Take LEFT onto Mountain Rd.

From Interstate 91 South:
- Take exit 28 (Berlin Turnpike) Stay on turnpike for 1.5 miles
- Take exit marked route 175/NEWINGTON
- Turn RIGHT at the end of exit onto CT-175/CEDAR ST.
- Turn LEFT onto Patricia M. Genova Rd.
- Go to stop sign. Take LEFT onto Mountain Rd.
- Enter entrance near flagpole. If door is locked please ring buzzer in entry.
From Interstate 9 South:
- Take Exit 175 NEWINGTON/route
- Turn LEFT at the light
- Turn RIGHT at the next light onto Fenn Rd.
- At intersection of Fenn Rd. and Cedar St. (Rte. 175) turn LEFT at the light
- At 5th traffic light, turn RIGHT onto Patricia M. Genova Rd.
- Go to stop sign. Take Left onto Mountain Rd.
- Enter entrance near flagpole. If door is locked please ring buzzer in entry.
From Danielson:
- Take Route 395 South.
- Take Exit 91 to Route 6 West.
- Follow Route 6 to Route 66 in North Windham.
- Take Route 66 West to the South Street intersection in Willimantic.
- Turn left at the "Frog bridge". Go across the bridge and straight through the light.
- Take 1st right onto South Park Street. The office is located at the intersection of South Street and South Park Street. Entrance is on South Park Street. Parking is on the right side of the building.
From Norwich:
- Take Route 395 North to Exit 81 West.
- At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto Route 2.
- Take Exit 25 towards Willimantic. Merge onto Route 32.
- Take a left onto South Street at the "Frog" bridge. The office is located at the intersection of South Street and South Park Street. The entrance is on South Park Street. Parking is on the right side of the building.
From Hartford:
- Take Route 84 East towards Boston.
- Merge onto Route 6 East. Take Exit 59.
- Merge onto Route 384 East. Route 384 becomes Route 6 East.
- Take the Route 32 Exit towards Willimantic. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp.
- Route 32 becomes Route 66/Main St. Continue on Main Street.
- Take a right onto Bridge Street, go over the railroad tracks and bear left up the hill.
- Take a left at the stop sign.
- Take a right onto John Street. At the stop sign you will be facing the office.
- Take a right at the stop sign onto South Park Street. Parking is on the right side of the building.
