What supports are available from Department of Developmental Services' (DDS) resource team nurses?
Nurses on the Individual and Family Support Resource Team provide clinical support to individuals and their families in the areas of health consultations and in-home medical training. DDS nurses work with families and community health resources to improve access to services. They also provide support to individuals seeking services at DDS Respite Centers.
