Canceling Registration
Please be courteous and notify us of all cancellations as soon as possible or at least 48 hours before the class or event. Class space is limited and your cancellation may allow another person to participate. You may contact your regional Trainer, or email DDS.Training@ct.gov or call 860-616-2046. You must also notify your immediate supervisor for any training you are canceling. DDS.Training@ct.gov
