- How do I view my continuing education transcript?
Your completed continuing education can be viewed at the following link: https://sbs.naic.org/solar-external-lookup/license-manager
- How often may I repeat a continuing education (CE) course?
- A duplicate course will only be awarded credits one time in the renewal period.
- You may replicate a course as long as the course is taken in different renewal periods.
- What will happen if I do not meet my CE requirement by my license expiration date?
Your license will expire and be canceled.
You will have one year from the expiration date to complete the late renewal requirements. Resident producers must complete all required CE before they will be able to submit the late renewal application and fee through NIPR.
If you do not renew within the one-year late renewal period, you will be required to meet first-time licensing requirements, including completing pre-licensing courses and passing the required exam, before submitting a new application through NIPR.

Connecticut does not grant extensions for completing CE requirements.

No, if the required credits were completed prior to the expiration date, you will not incur a late fee.
Any credits completed after the expiration date will result in a late renewal fee.
Please allow up to 3 business days for CE credits to be uploaded to your transcript. If the credits have not been updated after 3 business days, you should contact the CE provider directly.
- I’ve completed all of my CE credits. Why does my Education Transcript say that I am not CE compliant?
Check the dates in the Compliance Period column:- If the compliance period is current, please contact your CE provider. It can take up to 3 days for them to upload your CE credits to the national database.
- If the compliance period shows a future date, it means you are not yet compliant for the upcoming renewal period. However, this does not necessarily mean you are currently out of compliance.

No.
- Do I need Continuing Education (CE) to renew my adjuster license?
No, Connecticut does not require Continuing Education (CE) for this license type.
