The Connecticut Insurance Department has relocated. Beginning September 8, 2026, in-person services will be available at the Department’s new location: 280 Trumbull Street, Floor 7, Hartford, CT 06103. Consumers can also receive assistance from the Consumer Affairs Division by phone at (860) 297-3900 or toll-free at (800) 203-3447, and by email at insurance@ct.gov.
