December 18, 2025 – The Governor has proposed a state subsidy to help replace the expired federal subsidy based on income level (read full proposal here):

• The state intends to fully cover the lost federal subsidy for lower income consumers and cover about half for some middle-income consumers.
• Access Health CT will notify any consumer enrolled for the 2026 plan year if their portion of the premium is reduced.
