Use this link to access the State Based Systems (SBS) licensee portal to obtain proof of your Connecticut license standing.
Applicants may enter their information and view or print their Letter of Certification directly through SBS.
You may update your address online through the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR)
Note: You cannot use this online process if you are changing your resident state or if any part of your address change involves a change in state.
If your change involves Connecticut residency to or from, use the Residency Change Request online form.
If submission through NIPR is not available, complete the Address Change Request online form.
