November funds have been loaded onto the EBT cards. Clients are now able to use their SNAP benefits. If you need to check your EBT balance call 1-888-328-2666 or use MyDSS.ct.gov

Summer EBT - S-EBT

When Will I Get My S-EBT?

S-EBT benefits were deposited between July 7th – July 10th. If your child qualifies for S-EBT, you will get a letter stating when the benefits will be available. If you believe you should get S-EBT and have not received it, call 1-844-503-6871, Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Mailed S-EBT cards may take a few weeks to arrive due to the large number being printed.
