Summer EBT - S-EBT

Who Is Eligible?

Your child will get S-EBT benefits automatically and will NOT need to apply if:

  • They are 5 to 18 years old anytime between July 1, 2023, and August 31, 2024, AND:
    • got SNAP or TFA or
    • Husky A with income of 185% FPL or less

    OR

  • Your child’s school takes part in the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) AND:
    • You applied for NSLP through your child’s school and your child was eligible to get free or reduced priced meals at their school during the 2023 – 2024 school year.
    • Your child is experiencing homelessness, is a runaway, or is in foster care; or
    • Your child attends a qualifying Head Start program.

Your child will get S-EBT benefits if you apply, AND:

  • Your child does not meet any of the above,
  • Your child attends an NSLP school, and
  • Your household income is less than 185% FPL.
