
State's Attorney's Offices
The State's Attorneys serve as the chief prosecutors for their respective 13 judicial districts across the State of Connecticut.
The Stamford/Norwalk Judicial District serves eight municipalities with about 380,000 residents in the southern part of Connecticut. The State's Attorney's office is responsible for the prosecution of all criminal offenses which occur in the Judicial District, which includes the communities of Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport and Wilton.
