The organizational chart should show the applicant’s ownership structure and reflect all ownership interests in the cannabis establishment.

How does the lottery and review process for license applications work?

At this time, there is no expiration for provisional licenses issued to cultivators under Section 21a-420o.

A final license may be issued to an Equity Joint Venture sponsored by a producer, dispensary facility or cultivator holding a provisional license so long as all licensing requirements have been satisfactorily met by the Equity Joint Venture .
