Description
A person who manufactures infused beverages to be sold or offered for sale in this state.
Requirements
Eligible applicants must meet all licensing requirements as outlined in Section 27 of Public Act 24-76 and all other relevant state and local laws and regulations.
License Pathways and Fees
- A person seeking an infused beverage manufacturer license must submit an application using the eLicense online system.
- The application is in development and is not available at this time.
- Application Fee: $5,000
- Renewal Fee: $5,000 due annually
- Cultivators, micro-cultivators, food and beverage manufacturers or product manufacturers, or producers must submit a written request to the Department to manufacture infused beverages.
- The form for the written request is in development and is not available at this time. The form will be available through the License Maintenance function of the cannabis establishment license on eLicense
- Fee: There is no fee associated with this request.
