Notice of Public Hearing for the Comprehensive General Permit for Discharges to Surface Water and Groundwater. A pre-hearing conference for the parties to discuss pre-hearing procedures will be held May 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM via Zoom. A hearing to receive public comments on the General Permit will be held on June 1, 2026, at 5:00 pm via Zoom. An evidentiary hearing, for the presentation of testimony and documentary evidence by the parties to this matter, will be held on June 8, 2026, at 9:00am via Zoom. Written comments will be accepted at the public hearing and until the close of business on June 8, 2026.
