Program Overview
 
HUSKY D, also known as Medicaid for the lowest income populations, provides Medicaid coverage to Connecticut residents aged 19 up to 65th birthday, without dependent children, who do not qualify for HUSKY A, who do not receive Medicare, and who are not pregnant.

Who is eligible?
 
Connecticut residents ages 19 through 64: 
Without dependent children
Who do not qualify for HUSKY A
Who do not receive Medicare
Who are not pregnant
Who have an annual or monthly income under the HUSKY D income limit of 138% of the Federal Poverty Level
