This data match evaluates the impact of the Roberta B. Willis Scholarship Program. This scholarship is awarded to students attending a participating college or university in Connecticut on a merit and need-merit basis. This data match includes the Office of Higher Education (OHE), the Connecticut Department of Education (CSDE), the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Office of Policy and Management (OPM) in order to fulfill both a descriptive study and causal evaluation looking at the outcomes of Connecticut students who received the Roberta Willis scholarship.
