One feature of the American Rescue Plan Act funded projects is the use of evidence. In making the state’s investments and in doing the work, state agencies are required to use and collect evidence to understand what works. As part of this work, the Evaluation and Impact Unit has designed and delivered Data Capacity-Building workshops to build a data culture, strengthen data literacy and improve the state’s use of evaluation resources.
