This is a single data match that will evaluate young people (ages 14-26) who have been disengaged and disconnected from school, work, and/or pro-social institutions. This request will build on research done in 2016 that found that 1 in 5 CT students have been disengaged or disconnected from high school.

This data request includes data from: the State Department of Education, the Department of Labor, the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and the CT Coalition to End Homelessness. This data request is tied to the Overcoming Barriers topic in the P20 WIN Learning Agenda.

The Data Sharing Agreement for Request #0043 contains the agreement among all parties to the data request, the data request and data elements, as well as additional exhibits including the user authorization form, confidentiality agreement, data destruction policy, and the Enterprise Memorandum of Understanding.
