Use EPM queries to get more from your data

EPM is the internal data hub for Core-CT. It displays tables of HCM and Financials data to track things like sick time, PCard use, and active employee reports across the state.

You can use EPM queries to search, filter, and find the data you need to fulfill common ad-hoc requirements. EPM reporting can help you analyze agency performance to make informed decisions.

EPM private queries: When and how to create a custom EPM query

With EPM, some users have the ability to create private queries to pull custom information. Private queries:

  • May be appropriate for role-specific reporting
  • Can only be accessed and modified by the creator
  • Should follow standard naming conventions in case they are shared as public queries later

Before creating a new query, it’s a good idea to check the list of existing public queries. Many common reporting needs may already be covered by the reports listed above.
