EPM public query names and descriptions for eProcurement

  • Catalog Items by Contract (DOCX): The query returns all active catalog items for a specified contract.
  • Catalog Item Price Comparison (DOCX): This query compares the state catalog item pricing on the requisition to the purchase order and voucher prices. Users can identify items loaded to the state catalog with incorrect pricing or suppliers invoicing at a different price than what’s loaded. These discrepancies should be reported to DAS Procurement. The query also identifies the number of change orders done to the purchase order.
  • Workflow Status by Requisition (DOCX): Query returns the workflow status, the approver(s), and the number of days the requisition is in pending status for a specific requisition. Prompts on business unit and requisition ID.
  • EOY Req Budget Check Error (DOCX): Review for budget check errors.
  • Reqs by Contract, DOIT Flag (DOCX): Requisitions by contract without vendor suffix, DOIT Flag, and requisition date.
  • Requisitions by DOIT Flag (DOCX): Requisitions by vendor, DOIT flag, business unit, and requisition date.

  • All Reqs by Workflow Status (DOCX): Query returns all requisitions in a particular workflow status (such as pending) by business unit. Prompts on business unit and requisition status.
  • Req Type by Requisition Date (DOCX): Query returns requisition type information by requisition date.
  • Requisition Type by Flag and Date (DOCX): Query returns requisition type information by Req Type flag value & requisition date
  • Requisition Type by Requisition Number (DOCX): Query returns requisition type information by requisition number.
  • Req Type by Vendor Requisition Date (DOCX): Query returns requisition type information by vendor ID and requisition date
  • Requisitions by Entered Date(DOCX): This query shows the status of all requisitions based on the user input of business unit and date range. This query was built using the CT_REQ_TRNS_TBL table.
  • Items by contract or vendor (DOCX): Query returns procurement catalog items by contract or vendor. Query prompts on Contract ID and Vendor Number; both accept wild cards (%).
