Learn how to submit a FootPrints ticket today

Core-CT uses the FootPrints Help Desk app to quickly field and resolve requests. FootPrints also houses useful information, job aids, and other support that may help resolve your issue.

  • If you are logged in to the State network, you can submit, update, and subscribe to tickets below.
  • If your email address does not end in @ct.gov, please email Readiness@ct.gov, and the Help Desk will create a FootPrints ticket on your behalf.

  • System Operation Hours: Monday - Sunday, 4:00 am - 8:00 pm
  • Confirm Processing Hours
    • HRMS Confirm Thursday (View Only), 4:00 am - 2:00 pm
    • HRMS Final Confirm (No Access) Thursday-Friday, 2:00 pm - 7:30 am
