EPM public query names and descriptions for Security

  • UserID Does Not Match DeptID (DOCX) - This query returns a list of all Core UserID's where the agency acronym in the description does not match the DeptID in Job Data and prompts for DeptID.
  • AP Origins by Agency (DOCX) - This query returns a list of AP origins by agency.
  • Approvers by Origin (DOCX) - This query returns Active Approvers by Origin.
  • Employee System Profile Info (DOCX) - Using the Profile information from the Portal. this querywill return all agency employees with email information (if entered) and will show if the security question and answer are completed. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • FN USERIDs locked out or not? (DOCX) - Using the FIN Security tables, this report returns all users with Job Data Employee Status and whether or not they are locked out of the system. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • FN CO1092 pending (DOCX) - This query is run to find FN CO1092 forms with days from transaction date.
  • FN CO1092 pending by department (DOCX) - This query is run to find all pending FN CO-1092 forms by department.
  • FN CO1092 by EMPLID (DOCX) - This query is run to find FN CO-1092 information by employee regardless of status.
  • FNCo1092 by transaction nbr (DOCX) - This query is run to find FN CO-1092 information by transaction number.
  • FN Roles Audit by User ID (DOCX): This query returns FN Roles by User ID for Security Liaisons to use that will show the previous transactional roles of a user who has retired, transferred, or terminated.
  • FN Roles by EmplID (DOCX) - This query displays Core Security FN roles by Employee ID #.
  • FIN Roles Audit for Active Emp (DOCX) - Using the FIN security tables, this query returns roles for active agency employees. This is used for Segregation of Duty & other role audits. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • FIN Roles Assigned/Termed Empl (DOCX) - Using the FIN security tables, this query returns roles that a terminated employee is still assigned to. It will also let you know if the UserID is locked or not. It does not include action/reason codes of CEM, IEI, NOE or TSE if that is the last row entered in Job Data. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • Core FN UserID by Role Name (DOCX) - Using the FIN Security tables, this query is designed to return USERID's associated with a specific Role name and Agency. Role names do not include underscores, for example: CT AGY HRMS SECURITY LIAISON. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • Core Security GroupID Detail (DOCX): Using the Security Tables, this query returns all active members of a specific, dynamic GroupID. You ust have a security role to use this query.
  • HR UserID Locked Out Or Not? (DOCX) - Using the HR Security tables, this query returns all users with Job Data Employee Status and whether or not they are locked out of the system. You must have security role to use this query.
  • HR CO1092 pending (DOCX): This query is run to find HR CO1092 forms with days from transaction date.
  • HR CO1092 pending by department (DOCX) - This query is run to find all pending HR CO-1092 forms by department.
  • HR CO1092 by EMPLID (DOCX) - This query is run to find HR CO-1092 information by employee regardless of status.

  • HR Specialist Seg of Duty (DOCX) - This query is designed to return USERID's for an HR Segregation of Duty report. It lists all CT AGY HR SPECIALIST and if they have either the CT AGY TL SPECIALIST and/or, CT AGY PAYROLL SPECIALIST roles.
  • Core HR UserID by Role Name (DOCX) - Using the HR Security tables, this query is designed to return USERID's associated with a specific Role name and Agency. Role names do not always include underscores, for example: CT AGY HRMS SECURITY LIAISON. You must have a security role to use this query.
  • OPRID & PPL by Origin (DOCX) - This query returns active OPRID and primary permission list by Origin.
  • PO Origins w/Descr By Agency (DOCX) - This query returns a list of PO origins by agency.
  • Requestors By Origin (DOCX) - This query returns Active Requestors by Origin.
  • User roles by origin (DOCX) - This query returns user roles by AP Origin.
  • User roles by bus unit/origin (DOCX) - This query returns user roles by business unit and origin. Must specify AP or PO.
  • Row Sec & HR DeptID Access (DOCX) - Using the HRMS security tables, this query returns a list of all HRMS Users, their Row Security and what DeptID’s they have access to.
  • Dynamic Only Users w/Out DPTLR (DOCX) - Dynamic Only Users w/Out DPTLR - Using the HRMS security tables, this query returns a list of all HRMS Dynamic only users with Row Security does not equal DPTLR, excluding UOC users and any user who does not have the CT AGY TL TIME REPORTER role.
  • Row Sec & TL Groups for Appvrs (DOCX) - Using the HRMS security tables, this query returns a list of all TL Approvers, their HRMS Row Security, and TL GroupID information.
  • Time Approvers by Location (DOCX) - This query returns time approvers and those employees whose time is approved. Prompts time approvers by TL Group ID and Location, both wildcard enabled.
  • Oprid by EmplID (DOCX) - This query returns all CORE UserID’s for a single employee number.
  • Voucher approvers by origin (DOCX) - This query returns approver roles by business unit and origin. Must specify AP or PO.
