EPM public query names and descriptions for Time and Labor
- Employees w/ comp plan balance (DOCX) - This query returns all employees, including terminated, by department with a Compensation or Holiday plan balance.
- Active EE's comp/ holiday bal (DOCX) - This query returns all Compensation Time & Holiday Time plans and associated balances for active employees for a specified agency.
- Employee comp/ holiday plan/Bal (DOCX) - This query returns an employee's Compensatory Time and Holiday Plan(s), associated usage, and balances.
- Dept comp/ holiday plan/ bal (DOCX) - This query returns Compensatory and Holiday Plan(s) for active employees; associated usage and balances by department for a specified date range.
- Audit sick vacation, personal leave (DOCX) - Agency HR/TL staff can use this query to retrieve/audit Sick (50), Vacation (51) AND/OR Personal Leave (52) Plan balances for employees by Department for an Accrual Process Date. This query also includes the Union Code and Standard hours for the employee.
- Timesheet/ position code compare (DOCX) - This query returns employee, union, pay end date, other earnings amount, timesheet override combo code, default (position) combo code, and position distribution percent information.
- Payroll chgs to another agency (DOCX) - This query identifies all payroll charges to another agency, whether the coding is changed in timesheet or through additional pay. This query has prompts for Department and pay period beginning date to pay end date.
- Leave balances for employees (DOCX) - This query returns current leave balances for employees where sick and/or vacation leave accruals will be modified.
- Scheduled overtime (DOCX) - This query returns Overtime for a given department and date range. Overtime is defined using TL_ERNCD list of overtime codes. Since the results can be quite large, you may want to run this query in the Scheduler.
- Identify prior period changes (DOCX) - This query returns prior pay period adjustments made in time sheet. This query should be executed for one pay period date range at a time.
- Timesheet w & w/o comments (DOCX) - This query returns employee timesheet entries with and without associated comments.
- Sick pattern day report (DOCX) - This query is to identify sick patterns for all employees by deptid and day of the week.
- Override reason description Before 4-14-06 (DOCX) - This query returns timesheet entries before 4/14/2006 by DUR- Date Under Report including Override Reason Code descriptions.
- Override reason description 4-14-06 to Present (DOCX) - This query returns timesheet entries on or after 4/14/2006 by DUR - Date Under Report including Task descriptions.
- Payable time entries for COVID-19 (DOCX) - This query returns timesheet entered for the most current pay period by Payable Status – Approved, Need Approval, and/or Taken for override reason codes related to COVID-19.
- Timesheet entries for COVID-19 (DOCX) - This query returns timesheet entries on or after 1/1/2020 by DUR - Date Under Report including Task (Override Reason and Override Reason Description) for COVID-19.
- Invalid OprIDs on timesheet (DOCX) - This query should be used in conjunction with the Time and Labor job aid referenced in Core-CT HR Daily Mail, August 20, 2010.
- Unprocessed timesheets (DOCX) - This query aids TL Time Entry users by helping to identify those employees whio do not have any time reported for a specified period. User is prompted fro Group ID, From Date, and Thru Date.
